In a workbook that contains multiple worksheets, you can go to the next worksheet using Control + PgDn on Windows, Fn + Control + down arrow on a Mac. To move to the previous worksheet, use Control + Page up on Windows, Fn + Control + up arrow on a Mac. On a Mac, you can also use Option plus right and left arrow keys to move through worksheets. To open a menu that lets you navigate through all worksheets on a workbook, right-click the worksheet navigation area, then select a sheet. To add a new worksheet to a workbook, use Shift + F11. On a mac, add the function key. To select multiple worksheets, you can hold down the shift key and click. To select multiple non-adjacent worksheets, use the control key in Windows and the Command key on a Mac. Be careful when you have multiple worksheets selected. Any change you make will affect all worksheets! When you have multiple workbooks open, you can move to the next workbook using control + tab. Add the shift key to reverse direction. In Windows, you can also switch workbooks by using the ribbon, with Alt + WW. Then type the number for the worksheet you want. There is no dedicated shortcut in Excel to split the screen, but you can use Alt + W + S in Windows to toggle a split screen on and off. Move the active cell to row 1 to split vertically into 2 panes. And move the active cell to column A to split horizontally into 2 panes. Move the active cell to row 1 to split vertically into two panes. And, move the active cell to column A to split horizontally into two panes. If the active cell is in the middle somewhere, you’ll get 4 panes. When you have a worksheet that’s split, use F6 to move to the next pane. Add Shift to reverse direction. Again, on a Mac, add the function key this shortcut. To toggle the window size for the current worksheet, use Control + F10. On a Mac, addthe function key. On a Mac, this will toggle the window to full screen. In Windows, this will toggle the windows inside the Excel application. To minimize the current worksheet window, use Control + F9 in windows, and Command M on a Mac. These shortcuts do different things. In windows, the shortcut minimizes the current worksheet. You can use Control + F10 to maximize it again. On a Mac, Command M minimizes the current worksheet into the dock. To bring a worksheet back again, you can click icon in the Dock, or select the workbook from the Window menu.
